For annual tax deduction receipt, please kindly provide your Personal ID number/ Org tax number/ ARC, APRC number:

● The annual “paper” receipt provided by the Church will be issued before 2/15 of the next year and will be given to you in person or by mail. We are unable to provide the service of uploading to the IRS.
